Vincent Hepp

Vincent Hepp graduated with high honours at the Brussels Conservatoire in both violin and viola, and at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel and the Musikhochschule Frankfurt ; he was a laureate at the 'Vieuxtemps', 'De Bériot', 'Chostakovich' (Moscow), 'Gdansk' (PL) competitions. He is a founding member of the Taurus Quartet and performs regularly with Ensemble Modern, Ictus, Oxalys, Het Collectief a.o. ; he served as solo viola at the Philharmonique de Liège, the Opéra Royal de Wallonie and at the Théâtre Royal de La Monnaie. He teaches violin at the Brussels Conservatoire.
